Your ongoing use of the Menger Underwriting Service Server is conditioned upon your continued acceptance of and compliance with the User Service Agreement, the Underwriting Guidelines and Limitations and your continuing maintenance of the licenses, insurance and personnel information in your user data file.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to download to a single computer and a single terminal, one copy of the Menger Underwriting Services Rate Calculator (the "Program") for the purpose of indicating excess liability premiums to your clients. You may not make any other copies, including archival copies for your own use. Because this Program is protected by copyright laws, it is illegal to make any copies in addition to the copy created by the download or otherwise duplicate or permit the duplication of the Program by any means (including electronic transmission); to give copies to another person; or, to modify, adapt, translate, rent, sublicense, loan, resell for profit, distribute, create derivative works based upon, or network the Program or any part thereof. The Program also contains Menger Underwriting Services trade secrets, and you may not decompile, recompile or otherwise reverse engineer the Program.
